Return Policy

My goal is to make sure each customer is happy and satisfied with every order! With that in mind, after reading the return policy, if you are still not satisfied or have questions please email me.

All custom made items are final sale. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or does not meet specifications requested at the time of purchase please email info@designsbysmiley.com within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate a return. 

If you have recently purchased an item and want to change any aspect of the item (customization, size, color, etc.) these can be requested via email free of charge only when the item has not yet been created.
